We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance offers protection against such circumstances, including trip cancellations, interruptions and delays, baggage loss and delays, medical emergencies and other problems. Travel is an investment in a future event and travel insurance protects that investment. We strongly recommend that you protect yourself and your investment in the event that you have to cancel or interrupt your vacation.
9. What documents are required?
For international travel you will need:
When traveling outside the United States (including Canada and Mexico), every traveler needs a valid passport. We recommend you apply for your passport early as it usually takes 4-6 weeks to acquire one. A U.S. passport - valid for at least six months after your return home - is required of all U.S. citizens on all of our tours. You should have several blank pages available in your passport. A visa is required for some tours. If your tour requires a visa, we will send the necessary information in your confirmation package upon reserving your tour. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact your embassy or a visa service for information about required documents.
For domestic travel you will need:
A government-issued photo ID is required on domestic tours.
